There is even mention of creative financing ideas such as using a Self-directed IRA. This is a good book for people that are serious about putting ideas into action. There is even an optional step-by-step companion guide called Retire on Real Estate Blueprint for Success which costs extra, but may be worth it for those that want to know "How"."

As I read the pages, absorbed the information, highlighted many sections, and turned down more page corners that I can ever remember, I knew I had found a gold mine of knowledge and experience that I would return to time and time again. So, now, I plan to download Kindle App and audiobook on Audible so I can bookmark. search, and revisit as often as needed.
